We love SEWING and FASHION so naturally we LOVE the whole sewing scene. We want to get you involved, too.
The Cloth Merchants provide the pathway to sewing in many forms. Are you a speed sewer? We can steer you to patterns that can be sewn quickly. Are you one who enjoys the slow steady progress to your proudest sewing achievement. We know how to create couture garments. We invite you to travel this path with us.
We Love Sewing
Nancy Cain is Co-Owner of The Cloth Merchants Fabric Studio and teaches sewing and fitting classes at B Sew Inn in Tulsa and at the CM Studio. She has been sewing since she started grade school, and participated in 4H and the Make It With Wool contest. She loved sewing so much she took all the classes in Clothing that were offered in her college just for fun.
Debbie Mocnik is Co-Owner of the The Cloth Merchants Fabric Studio and is an avid and prolific sewer. She learned to fit herself from Nancy and also when they both attended the Palmer/Pletsch Fit Class. She is currently updating her tennis wear with skirts, tops and warm-up jackets made from some of our great supersport knits. Debbie started sewing at an early age and persuaded her mother to pay for sewing lessons for her. She also worked in a fabric store as a teenager.
