We sew with many of our fabrics and can tell you how they behave and what their qualities are.

We love SEWING and FASHION so naturally we LOVE the whole sewing scene.  We want to get you involved, too.

The Cloth Merchants provide the pathway to sewing in many forms.  Are you a speed sewer?  We can steer you to patterns that can be sewn quickly.  Are you one who enjoys the slow steady progress to your proudest sewing achievement.  We know how to create couture garments.  We invite you to travel this path with us.

We Love Sewing

Nancy Cain is Co-Owner of The Cloth Merchants, and is a Certified Sewing Instructor.  When she isn't helping plan an outfit with a customer or planning classes, she if probably sewing.

Debbie Mocnik is Co-Owner of The Cloth Merchants, and is an avid and prolific sewer.  She learned to fit herself from Nancy.   Now a Certified Palmer/Pletsch Sewing Instructor, she teaches along with Nancy.   

Let's see, sewing or shopping for garments that don't fit.  Hmm, let's sew.
